1. | Prepare the Yu-Xiang Sauce. |
2. | Marinate the pork with the Basic marinade (dark) for 10 minutes. Mix the pork with 2 tbs. of oil right before cooking. |
3. | Place 1 tbs. of oil and pork in a heated non-stick pan; sauté until 80% done. Set the pork aside. |
4. | Add part A from the Yu-Xiang Sauce to the same pan; sauté until aromatic. Put in the wood-ear fungus and bamboo shoot; sauté for 1 minute. |
5. | Add the pork and part B from the Yu-Xiang Sauce. Quickly stir until all ingredients are well combined and the sauce is thick. |

1. | 準備魚香醬汁。 |
2. | 肉絲用基本醃料拌勻醃10分鐘,要炒之前加2大匙油拌勻。 |
3. | 不沾鍋燒熱後加入1大匙油和肉絲用中火炒到肉絲8分熟。盛出肉絲備用。 |
4. | 用原鍋加入魚香醬汁A料爆香,再加入黑木耳和竹筍炒1分鐘。 |
5. | 加入肉絲與魚香醬汁B料用大火翻炒汁所用材料充分混合及醬汁黏稠即可離鍋。 |
